When did you start to practise karate?
I started to practise karate in 1995 when I was 7 years old.

Who was your first teacher?
My first teacher was European champion Vadim Yakovenko. But when I got older, I moved to the senior group to Shihan Sergei Vsevolodov.

Can you describe how your training looked like?
I get ready for all competitions equally hard. This training was not different from other preparations.

Do you have any injuries from karate?
Fortunately not. It seems to me that Kyokushin is the only sport where someone can get the least serious injuries.

What does karate mean to you?
Now Kyokushin have became my life. I train, I train children and I like that.

What do you think is the most important thing every karate student should learn during his-her training?
Kyokushin teaches to be real. It is for all who wish to be engaged in real and who always go to their goal.

Thank you very much for the interview. We wish you all the best in the future.
