Chloe, can you please tell us something about Tang Soo Do & Xtreme Martial arts?
Tang Soo Do is a Korean Style of Martial Arts. It is very similar to Tae Kwon Do and focuses a lot on kicking techniques.

Do you remember when did you wish to be a fighter for the first time?
My brother started training in Martilal Arts first, I went along to watch a few of his lessons, and asked my parents if I could join in also. This was when I was 8 years old. I haven’t looked back since.

Did you have in childhood girly interests, or did youalready manifest yourself as a fighter?
I actually didn’t. I loved sports, and was doing martial arts full time, and then in school I took part in Athletics and netball also. So I have always been into sports.

What is your biggest sport success?
I have a few, being crowned World Champion was one of the most incredible moments of my life. Then more recently it has been achieving the Guinness World Record for most kicks in 1 minute. Whereby I achieved 212 kicks. Both of those mean so much to me.

Which weapons are your favourite and why?
My favourite weapons has to be the Bo Staff. I have competed and trained with this weapon for many years, and it is therefore the one I feel most comfortable with. I love training with the bo, and from that it gives you a great foundation to use other weapons also.

You also work as Stunt Double. Can you please mention some of your favourite jobs?
Two of my favourite jobs have to be doubling Zoe Saldana in Guardians of the Galaxy and Daisy Ridly on Star Wars VII. Both of those jobs were such an achievement to me.

How hard is it for you to maintain a good physical condition? How often do you practise?

I train around 6 times per week. I used to find it a lot harder to maintain my weight and get in shape for the roles. As obviously I have to maintain the same body shape as the actress’s I am doubling for at the time. However more recently I have learned a lot about my body in the sense of what it reacts to best and what I need to be able to cut quickly for a role in a movie. I also have an incredible nutritionist who helps me cut size very quickly if need be.

What is your attitude to climbing, what do you consider as the most attractive in this activity?
I have my SPA in climbing, which is the Single Pitch Award. So climbing is something I have done quite a bit of in the past. In fact it is what got me over my fear of heights. Prior to climbing I wasn’t a fan of being up high, but not I am good with heights. So if you need to get over this fear I highly recommend giving it a go! haha… But yes I love Climbing. Its great for all round body conditioning also.

You are also model, which clothes do you prefer to wear?
I only really do fitness modelling, so therefore I am always in fitness gear. Leggings and sports bras. I love that kind of outfit, and one I feel most at home in.

You are extraordinary in many areas, which one is the most valuable for you currently and are you preparing something new?

Thank you so much. I am very grateful for everything I have achieved and feel so proud. Nothing comes easy however, and you have to really want something and to believe in yourself to make it happen. I am in the process of working on some big movies. So I am excited for that. I have also just finished working on Assassins Creed the movie. So I am looking forward to seeing the finished film of that as the action we shot was amazing. Other than that, I take one day at a time, and keep putting one foot in front of the other and moving forward all the time. I am such a competitive person, and always make sure I am improving day by day to become the best version of myself that I can be.
